Return Policy

If there are any issues on your order please contact us immediately at

Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.

All returns must be shipped back and received within 7-10 business days after the return authorization has been issued. Any return exceeding the timeline will be refused and sent back at buyer's cost.

A return authorization form will be sent through via email, the return authorization form must be shipped back with the return. If a return is sent without the return authorization form there may be a delay processing your return.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. (sizes, colors, and etc.)

Store credit will be issued once return has been processed.

ON YOU only accepts returns on damaged goods, wrong sizes, or an error on the order.

Shipping Policy

Order will ship typically within 2 to 3 business days from order date.

Our selected method of shipping is UPS.

If the customer wishes to use a different parcel carrier, it must be requested to ON YOU.

Cancellation Policy

In-stock cancelations must be requested within 2 business days from order date.

After 2 business days in-stock orders are no longer eligible for cancelation.

If an order is shipped within the 2 business days, and the customers wishes to cancel, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

All refunds or credits will be issued once the merchandise is returned to ON YOU.
